This Cookie and Tracking Policy explains how MyChairHQ uses cookies and related technologies in connection with the Platform.
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small files stored on a device that help a website or application recognize the device, maintain sessions, secure accounts, remember settings, or support functionality.
2. Cookies MyChairHQ Uses
MyChairHQ uses strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies for authentication, account security, session management, CSRF/security protection, load balancing, rate limiting, and cross-subdomain login.
Examples may include:

Cookie names, durations, and technical attributes may change as the Platform evolves.
3. Technologies That Are Not Traditional Cookies
MyChairHQ also processes technical and delivery metadata that may not be stored as browser cookies, including:
- server logs;
- IP addresses and user agents;
- email delivery metadata;
- SMS delivery metadata;
- payment metadata;
- error logs;
- security logs;
- rate-limit and caching data; and
- provider message IDs and transaction IDs.
These technologies are used to provide, secure, troubleshoot, bill, and monitor the Platform.
4. Analytics Cookies
Some Professional booking pages include Google Analytics, which the Professional enables and configures for their own booking site. Where a Professional has enabled Google Analytics and you grant analytics consent through our cookie banner, Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga and _ga_<id>) that help measure booking-page traffic and usage. These cookies are set only after you grant analytics consent, are not set if you decline, and are not used on booking pages where the Professional has not enabled analytics. Google processes this data in accordance with its own terms and policies. MyChairHQ does not place analytics cookies on its own marketing website.
You can decline or withdraw analytics consent at any time through the cookie banner; declining does not affect essential Platform features.
5. Advertising and Behavioral Tracking
MyChairHQ does not currently use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, web beacons, session replay, or cross-context behavioral advertising. If MyChairHQ enables any such technology in the future, MyChairHQ will update this policy and provide any legally required notices, choices, and opt-outs.
Professional may not add unauthorized tracking code, pixels, scripts, redirects, or third-party tags to booking pages unless expressly permitted by MyChairHQ and legally compliant.
6. Email and SMS Tracking
Email and SMS providers may generate delivery, bounce, open, click, opt-out, unsubscribe, and error metadata depending on configured features. MyChairHQ uses this information for delivery, troubleshooting, compliance, abuse prevention, and reporting. Professional is responsible for its own legally required disclosures for Professional campaigns.
7. Your Choices
Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled through MyChairHQ without affecting the ability to log in or use the Platform. You can clear or block cookies through your browser, but doing so may end sessions or prevent Platform features from working.
Analytics cookies are optional and are controlled through the cookie banner. Where MyChairHQ uses optional analytics, advertising, sale/share, or targeted-advertising technologies, MyChairHQ will provide required opt-out mechanisms. Where required by law, MyChairHQ will honor valid universal opt-out signals for applicable activities.
