MyChairHQ is committed to making its Platform and MyChairHQ-powered booking experiences accessible to users with disabilities within the scope of features and content MyChairHQ controls.

This Accessibility Statement applies to MyChairHQ websites, applications, dashboards, and Professional booking-page technology controlled by MyChairHQ. It does not apply to Professional physical premises, Professional staff, Professional services, Professional equipment, Professional policies, Professional-uploaded content, third-party websites, or third-party integrations not controlled by MyChairHQ.
2. MyChairHQ Responsibilities
MyChairHQ works to support accessible user experiences by considering accessibility in interface design, navigation, forms, labels, semantic structure, keyboard access, contrast, error messages, and other Platform features where reasonably within MyChairHQ's control.

MyChairHQ has not completed a formal third-party accessibility audit, and conformance may vary across features, Professional-provided content, and third-party integrations.
3. Professional Responsibilities
Professionals are responsible for accessibility obligations related to their own businesses, including physical shop accessibility, service accommodations, staff training, customer communications, Professional Content, images, service descriptions, custom policies, custom domains, social media links, and any content or practices outside MyChairHQ's direct control.
Professionals should provide accurate information about how Customers can request accommodations and should respond to Customer accommodation requests according to applicable law.
4. Known Limitations
Accessibility may be affected by third-party services, Professional-uploaded content, images without alternative text, custom branding choices, browser/device differences, provider outages, or content not controlled by MyChairHQ. MyChairHQ may remove, disable, or require changes to Professional Content that creates accessibility, legal, or user-safety risk.
